Emma Dreyer is a dedicated advocate for inclusive education, committed to ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive in school. Her work in local government as a specialist occupational therapist focuses on empowering mainstream schools to support children and young people with autism effectively. Previously, Emma worked for the Education Outcomes Fund on the development of an early childhood development outcomes fund and while at university she led the Africa Impact Finance Initiative, providing grants to community-driven education projects. Her passion for education stems from working in schools and health clinics in South Africa, Zambia and England. Through her blend of hands-on work and academic expertise, Emma strives to create accessible and supportive learning environments for all children. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Education from the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.'
