Joanna Mucha

Joanna Mucha is Sectretary of State in the Ministry of Education in Poland. In the 2023 parliamentary elections, she won the re-election on behalf of the Coalition Committee of the Third Way Poland 2050 Party of Szymon Holownia and the Polish People’s Party. She is Vice Chairman of Szymon Holownia’s Poland 2050 Party. Between 2012 and 2013 she was Minister of Sport and Tourism. Prior to this, she was secretary of the Bioethics Convention Committee and worked as an assistant in the Institute of Economics at the Catholic University of Lublin. She is a lecturer at the SWPS University and Collegium Civitas. Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Poland for the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th terms. Member of the Parliament Committees: Health, Public Finance, Constitutional Responsibility, Environmental Protection and Legislative. She is an economist, graduated with a degree in management and a postgraduate degree in health economics at the Warsaw University. She received her PhD in health economics at the Catholic University of Lublin
